Sorry I haven’t been posting.
Shopping week is crazy, and it’s a thousand times harder to stay on track than I’d anticipated. Evidence: my phone wasn’t properly plugged in and turned off in the middle of the night, so I overslept by half an hour and now don’t have time to go to the gym.
I kind of feel like crying.
25551) Most girls look in the mirror to check their hair and make up. I look in the mirror to see if my stomach is sticking out more than usual or if you can see my collar bones clearly enough. I can’t walk past a mirror or anything that reflects without noticing these things anymore.

Moved into college today, starting 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30.
The school’s gym is closed this weekend in preparation for the storm, so I can really only do at-home fitness for now. sad no elliptical though. =(

Weigh-In: Weds. 24 August 2011
this is the first week I didn’t lose weight. None of my measurements changed, either. I’m hoping that going back to school next week will be enough of a change to jolt my metabolism back into shape, but… oh, I just wish I knew what to do. Any advice? Please?
